Scheduling a Pickup for a Membership Order
1. Schedule a pickup after confirming your next shipment
After tapping “Swap” on the items you want to return and confirming a new shipment, you’ll be prompted to schedule a complimentary home pickup right from the RTR app or site. Based on whether you select direct handoff or contactless pickup while scheduling, you can either hand your returns to the courier or leave them in an accessible spot (i.e., package room, doorman, doorstep). Be sure to note contactless pickup instructions in the details section of the scheduling form.
2. See your scheduled pickup status reflected on your homescreen
Upon scheduling, you’ll see your scheduled pickup noted on your RTR homepage. Most pickups will happen 1–2 days after scheduling.
3. Track the status of your pickup
After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a UPS page where you can track the status of your pickup. When your pickup status changes to “Received at dispatch,” UPS is working to assign your pickup to a courier. “Dispatched to driver” means a courier who will soon be en route to you, and “Order successfully completed” means your pickup is complete.
If you change your mind after opting out of scheduling while confirming a new order, you can always head to My RTR and select Schedule a Pickup. Try out the complimentary service today, and get ready to remove drop-offs from your to-do list for good.
Scheduling a Pickup for a One-Time Rental
At least one day prior to your return due date, head to My RTR and select Schedule a Pickup. Based on which pickup method you select (contactless pickup or direct handoff), you can either hand your returns to the courier or leave them in an accessible spot (i.e., package room, doorman, doorstep). Be sure to note contactless pickup instructions in the details section of the scheduling form.

How will I know when my courier will arrive?
Your confirmation email will include your UPS Pickup Request Number (PRN), which you can use to track the status of your pickup. When your pickup status changes to “Received at dispatch,” UPS is working to assign your pickup to a courier. “Dispatched to driver” indicates a courier will soon be en route to you.
When will my subscription items be removed from my account?
Your returns should reflect as “en route to RTR” within a few hours of pickup. They will be removed from your account after they’re scanned back in at our fulfillment center.
How much does home pickup cost?
Home pickup is currently a complimentary service for customers in eligible zip codes.
Which label should I use?
Be sure to place your return label sticker on top of the shipping label card that arrived with your garment bag. Slip the shipping label card back into the bag’s outside pocket, and you’re all set.
How can I cancel or reschedule my pickup?
Open your pickup confirmation email, click through to your pickup status tracking page, and cancel from there. To reschedule, head to My RTR on our app or site, and select Schedule Pickup. As always, you also have the option to drop off at any UPS location instead.
I lost my return label. How can I request a new one?
Head to Order History to request a replacement label. UPS will send it to the email address associated with your account. Please allow up to ten minutes for the replacement label to arrive in your inbox.
