As part of our commitment to constantly improve your renting experience, we’ve partnered with Olive to create our most convenient return option yet. The best part? It’s totally free. Read on to learn more about how this program works.

How Home Pickup with Olive Works:
1. PLACE A NEW RTR ORDER
When you’re ready for a new shipment, select your new items and mark one or all of your items at home as returning.
2. REQUEST YOUR OLIVE PICKUP
Scan the QR code on the back of the “Olive x Rent the Runway” return label that was included in your shipment. This will take you to the Olive scheduling site.
3. SELECT A PICKUP DATE
This can be as early as tomorrow! You’ll also be able to provide any special instructions such as access codes, location of pickup etc.
4. PACK UP YOUR RENTALS
Just like you normally would and slide the Olive return label into the front pouch of your garment bag.
5. PREPARE FOR PICKUP
Set your garment bag at the location you selected when you scheduled your pickup. Double check that your Olive return label is outside your package. Olive will let you know when they’re on the way and confirm once your rentals have been successfully picked up!
