BUXOM x Rent The Runway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 9:30 AM ET on Feb 23rd, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Feb 26th, 2021 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bare Escentuals Beauty, Inc., 390 Madison Ave New York, NY 10017 (“Sponsor”). Rent the Runway, Inc. is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Bare Escentuals Beauty, Inc., Rent the Runway, Inc., either parties’ parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible. Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the Sweepstakes could result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason.
HOW TO ENTER
Log in to your Instagram account during the Sweepstakes Period and (i) follow @BuxomCosmetics and @renttherunway, (ii) on the page, like the sweepstakes post and tag a friend in the photo caption to receive (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Limit: entries are unlimited during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants that do not follow @buxomcosmetics and @renttherunway are not eligible. Instagram profiles must be public in order to validate entry. Two (2) winners will receive $270 worth of prizes listed in the “Prize” section below. Entries must comply with Instagram submission guidelines. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that such decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER ENTRY (INCLUDING THE COMMENT) MAY BE POSTED ON THE SPONSOR’S WEBSITE, OR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES/FEEDS, IN COMPANY’S DISCRETION. One (1) winner will receive the following:

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about March 1,2021. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by the Sponsor posting a comment on the potential winner’s Instagram post or a direct message via the social platform of winner’s posts. The potential winners must then contact Sponsor within 2 days of attempted notification or the prize will be forfeited. Potential winners may be required to demonstrate control of the Instagram account. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of Instagram account or email address of entrants. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize notification or prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor will not be responsible or liable for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including without limitation, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware or software. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation of any Sweepstakes, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
GENERAL RELEASE
By participating, entrants release Sponsor, Rent the Runway, Inc. and each parties’ affiliates, subsidiaries, participating partners, advertising or promotions agencies, Instagram, and the respective employees, officers, agents, directors of each of the above, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injury or death, damage to, loss or destruction of property or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). Each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and agrees that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforce ability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New York, NY for the resolution of any and all disputes arising out of entrants participation in the Sweepstakes.
WINNER PUBLICITY
Buxom Cosmetics or Rent the Runway, Inc. may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, likeness and location (city/state) of the Winners, and any quotation that the Winners are willing to provide on the website or for public relations use in other media, and by accepting a prize, the Winners expressly authorize Buxom Cosmetics or Rent the Runway, Inc. to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display his or her names, likeness and location in connection with the promotion of this or any other Sweepstakes, or in connection with the promotion of Buxom Cosmetics, except where such requirement is prohibited by law.
